Principal Network Engineer

Duties:

Provide escalation-level support for the deployment and maintenance of products involving complex enterprise network deployment models. Provide technical support to sales, partners, and customers for various technologies, and formulate technical action plans to analyze and resolve problems related to product deployment. Generate documentation including case notes, technical tips and best practices, and work on complex problems requiring in-depth fault analysis and troubleshooting. Simulate problems in the lab and participate in solutions for knowledge base, as well as provide technical cross-training to relevant groups. Participate in serviceability enhancement requirements in a team environment, and interface with field organization to identify and resolve customer issues.

Requirements:

Master's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field. Bachelor's Degree in CS, CE, EE, or Elec. Eng., and five (5) years of progressive experience may substitute for MS requirement. Experience or education must include network engineering and maintenance.
