Inside Sales Representative

Summary:

Aruba Networks is looking for highly motivated sales professionals. The successful candidate has a proven selling track record exceeding quota in technology sales. Experience selling in the networking and/or security space is highly desirable.

The ISR is responsible for generating pipeline for an assigned region via inbound web and phone inquires, cold calling, marketing events and corporate initiatives.

This position reports to the Manager of Inside Sales and is available immediately for the right candidate.

Specific Duties:

• Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities for assigned region
• Make appointments for Territory Managers
• Maintain the sales database (SalesForce.com) for follow-up, lead tracking and pipeline development efforts
• Follow up on direct marketing and events
• Schedule and conduct web presentations
• Support corporate initiatives, and assist in special projects
• Other duties as assigned by manager
• Achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities

• Positive Attitude
• Experience with SalesForce.com a plus
  

Education & Sales Experience:

• 1-3 years technology sales experience
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience desired
